Training
Three training surfaces in the app:
- Exercise Programs — strength and resistance programs. Build templates, add custom exercises, assign to clients.
- Running Programs — running-specific programs with goals and weekly run scheduling.
- PT Mode — live in-person session mode. Fill in workout data while training a client; they review and submit afterward.
Templates power assignments. Building a template once means you can assign it to many clients. Each client’s assigned program then tracks their actual logged work, separately from the template.
