Self-Coaching

If you signed up for self-coaching (no coach, you’re managing yourself), most of the surfaces in this section are still yours — you build your own meal plans, set your own programs, track your own data. The “your coach” parts (messaging, check-in responses, coach notes) don’t apply.

Subscription

Self-coaching is a paid subscription. The Subscription page (under Settings, or /client/subscription) is where you:

  • See your current plan and renewal date
  • Update payment method or cancel through the billing portal
  • Upgrade between monthly and yearly billing

On the iOS or Android app, the subscription is handled through Apple or Google’s in-app purchase system, so the page links into the native subscription manager. On the web, billing goes through a hosted portal where you can update card details, switch billing periods, or cancel.

Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current billing period; nothing is deleted immediately.
