Insights

The Insights page is your own analytics view. It has tabs for:

Client Insights page

  • Goals — progress toward your weight target, milestones, weekly rate of change
  • Analytics — broader trends across your data
  • Weight & Measurements — weight history plus body measurements over time
  • Movement — functional movement screens your coach recorded (overhead squat, single-leg stance, pushing, plank), with a baseline-to-latest comparison of which faults you’ve resolved. Read-only: your coach records these for you
  • Photos — your progress photo timeline
  • Habits — habit completion stats
  • Workouts — logged training (if you have an exercises program)

This is the same data your coach sees on their side — you both have visibility into what’s happening.
