Calendar
The calendar isn’t a separate page — it lives as the Schedule tab on your coach dashboard. Coach → Dashboard → Schedule.
What it shows
A weekly view (Monday–Sunday) of your roster, grouped by what’s happening each day:
- Client check-in days — each client whose configured check-in day falls on that day
- Pending check-ins — clients whose check-in is overdue or waiting for review
- Running calendar events — for clients on running programs, scheduled runs and key training days appear here
The current day is highlighted, and you can navigate week-to-week.
Mobile vs. desktop layout
- Desktop — full week grid with each day as a column
- Mobile — today-focused view with a week overview strip and the day’s schedule expanded below
The two views show the same data; the layout adapts to the screen.
Quick actions
The calendar header has quick-action buttons for the most common things you’ll want to do from the schedule view — typically jumping to a specific client’s check-in or sending a follow-up.
Running programs and the calendar
Running programs feed events into the calendar automatically. Each scheduled run on a client’s program shows up on its assigned date. Edit individual events from the running program view (see Training → Running Programs).
Per-client check-in day
A client’s check-in day is set on their detail page (Settings tab) and determines where they appear in the calendar. Coaches typically batch all clients onto the same check-in day to consolidate review work; if you spread check-ins across the week instead, the calendar gives you a per-day workload view.
What the calendar isn’t
A few things the calendar doesn’t do today, in case you’re looking for them:
- No external calendar sync — the schedule view doesn’t push to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any other external calendar via iCal subscription. Everything lives in the app.
- No coach personal events — it’s a client-schedule view, not a personal calendar. Block-out time, sessions, or non-coaching events aren’t tracked here.
- No drag-and-drop rescheduling — to change a client’s check-in day, edit it from their detail settings.
If external calendar sync would matter to you, send a feature request from Settings → Feature Requests in the app.
