Check-in

Your weekly check-in is how your coach gets a structured update on how the week went. Open the Check-in page to fill out the form your coach has configured for you.

Weekly check-in form

The form usually includes:

  • Weight summary
  • Photos (front, side, back)
  • Wellness ratings (sleep, stress, energy, mood)
  • Habit completions for the week
  • Free-text summary
  • Any custom questions your coach has added

When you submit, your coach gets a notification and reviews it. Their response (with any plan adjustments) shows up in your Messages thread when they’re done.
