Gyms & Studios
The Studio plan is built for gyms and personal-training studios rather than online coaches. It is workout-first: the focus is training your members in person and tracking their progress, not remote meal plans or weekly check-ins.
What you get:
- PT Mode for live, in-person session logging (solo or small group).
- Multiple trainers, each with their own members and programs.
- A branded, workout-first member app on iOS, Android, and the web.
- Progress that builds itself: every logged session feeds strength trends, volume, and personal records.
The Studio plan is workout-first: meal plans and weekly check-ins are off. Members still log weight, steps, and cardio, and trainers assign those per member.
Creating your studio
Sign up at signup.coachingportal.io , name your studio, and pick your web address. Your studio starts on a free trial; add payment from Settings → Billing whenever you’re ready. You can manage your colors, logo, and landing page under Settings → Branding.
The three roles
The studio experience is tailored to who’s signing in.
Owner
You see a studio overview: a snapshot of members and trainers, plus quick links to branding and your landing page, your team, members, and analytics. Invite and manage trainers under Settings → Team.
Trainer
Trainers get a training-focused home: a one-tap Start PT session, their clients, and their programs. They see only the members assigned to them.
Member
Members get a clean, workout-first app: today’s training, their recent sessions, and their progress stats. No nutrition or check-in clutter unless you turn it on.
Running a session
Day to day, training happens in PT Mode: a trainer logs sets, reps, and weight live as the member trains, and it saves straight to the member’s history when the session ends.
