AI Credits
CoachGPT — the AI feature that generates check-in recommendations — is rate-limited per workspace per month. The limit you see is determined entirely by your plan tier; there is currently no top-up or per-request purchase.

CoachGPT is only available on Grow and Professional plans. Free workspaces don’t have access to recommendations — the Generate button doesn’t appear in the check-in review modal.
How a request is counted
A CoachGPT request happens when you click Generate recommendations in a check-in review. Each generation counts as one request, regardless of how long the response is.
If a generation fails partway through (network error, model error, etc.), the request is rolled back — it doesn’t count against your limit.
When the limit resets
The limit is calendar-month based, UTC. On the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC, your usage resets to 0 and you have your full quota again.
For coaches in US timezones, this means the reset happens late afternoon / early evening on the last day of the month — Eastern at 8 PM, Pacific at 5 PM.
Where to see your usage
After each generation, the response panel shows current usage in the format used / limit (remaining). There’s no separate usage dashboard at the moment.
What happens at the limit
When you’ve used all your monthly requests, the Generate recommendations button shows an error message: “CoachGPT monthly limit reached.” The check-in itself is unaffected — you can still review and respond manually.
Upgrading
To raise your limit, upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your remaining quota recalculates against the new tier.
There is no per-request top-up purchase. The limit is the limit until your plan changes or the month rolls over.
