CoachGPT
CoachGPT is the AI assistant built into your workspace. It drafts coaching work from your clients’ real data so you can review, tweak, and apply it — you stay in control. Every generation uses one AI credit (see AI Credits).
What it can do
- Check-in recommendations — in the check-in review, generate structured recommendations: training, cardio, macro, and meal guidance, plus risks, questions, and a weekly focus.
- Client progress summary — on a client’s Overview tab, summarize their recent check-ins into an at-a-glance read: weight, adherence, and wellness trends, wins, concerns, and what to focus on next.
- Exercise program draft — generate a full training program built from real exercises in the library, tailored to the client’s goal and health profile. For appropriate goals it builds a periodized program with training blocks (e.g. accumulation → intensification → deload → peak), each block with its own intensity/RIR progression and — where it makes sense — its own rotated exercises; simpler goals get a single block. A Training days selector lets you pin how many workout days per week the program should have (1–6x, e.g. for a client who can only train 3x per week) or leave it on Auto to let the AI pick a sensible frequency. It opens in the program builder so you can review and edit every block before saving.
- Meal plan draft — generate a day of meals from real recipes matched to the client’s macro targets and dietary restrictions. It opens in the meal plan builder.
Drafts, not auto-applied
CoachGPT never changes a client’s plan on its own. Every tool follows the same flow:
- Click Generate on the card.
- CoachGPT drafts from the client’s data.
- Review and edit in the builder.
- Save — then you’re offered to assign it to the client. If the client already has an active plan or program, you’re warned that assigning will replace it.
Your draft is kept until you save it. A generated exercise-program or meal-plan draft is saved on your device, so you can navigate away and come back to it without re-generating (or spending another credit). It isn’t added to your library until you Save it in the builder; use Discard on the draft card to clear it. Programs and meal plans saved from a CoachGPT draft are marked as AI-generated.
AI can make mistakes. Always verify generated data before assigning it to a client.
Where to find it
- Check-in recommendations — the check-in review modal.
- Progress summary, program draft, meal plan draft — the client’s Overview tab. (The program draft appears when the client has exercises enabled; the meal plan draft when they’re on a structured meal plan.)
Built on real, client-specific data
- Meal plans respect the client’s dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and more) and only use compliant recipes. Macros are matched to the client’s targets, prioritizing protein.
- Programs account for the client’s goal, stored health conditions, and PAR-Q answers (for example, joint issues), and recommend medical clearance where appropriate.
- If a client has no assigned macros, meal plans use targets calculated from your macro calculation settings and the client’s profile.
Credits
Each generation uses one credit. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan, and you can earn bonus credits by referring other coaches. The coin in the header shows how many credits you have left — tap it for a breakdown.
